    Currently, we have confirmed the issue below.
     
    Confirmed Issue
    -Issue of not being able to play Offline Dungeon properly with "Failure challenging" displayed.
    -Issue of the reward items being directly into the item bag in Item Dungeon.
    --Please avoid challenging the dungeon, or play with enough space in the item bag until the issue is resolved.
    If there is no space in the item bag, the rewards cannot be received.
    ［11/10 Edit］Bug fix has been completed

    The cause is currently under investigation.
