    --Maintenance Purpose
    -Preparation of event.

    -Remove "R" from the named 6 or above stars boxes of Shining Stone Small, M, and Big boxes.
    *Only the names are changed, and there are no changes to the tradability and effect of the item.

    -End of event "Wandering Soul".
    --From above, respawn time for Boss monster at "Ghost Town Area/Floor" will be changed to normal condition.
    *Event limited items will not be dropped after the maintenance, however, Event Pack is available until 7/13/2017 14：59 (GMT).

    -Fixed "Elemental Barrier Ring"'s Skill boost "Power Up" to "Cool Time Cut".
    --Due to "Power Up" was applied to non attacking skill, we have fixed to "Cool Time Cut".

    -Fix for the issue of boss monster's HP on "Ghost Town Area/Floor" at Guild Tower was not in normal value.

    -Extend the completion report period for event quest of "Last Wish".
    --If the player already complete the quest but did not reported yet, report will be available until July 20th 2017. 
    *Player can not receive a quest, but only completion report is available.
