[Maintenance Purpose]
- Regarding the changes with PvP
- We will be changing to improve matching conditions as below.
[1] Ranks
     Before: High Rank…"SSS, SS" Mid Rank…"S, A, B" Low Rank…"C, D, E"
     After:    High Rank…"SSS, SS, S" Mid Rank…"A, B, C" Low Rank…"D, E"
     Ex) If your character is ranked "A," you will be matched with Rank "B" or "C" characters.

[2] Battle matching with the same character
    Before:   "General League" and "Class League" once per 1 hour.
    After:      No time limit and number limit for Rank over "C."
       * This change will be applicable to both "General League" and "Class League."
       * There will be no changes for Rank "D" and "E."

[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue of not being able to move to "Guild Tower Volcano 50F" from Transferrer in Guild Tower.
- Fixed an issue of monsters at "Guild Tower Volcano 50F" do not attack to players.
- Fixed an Issue of not being able to attack Boss Monsters, Kerberos and Orthrus, at "Volcano 50F -Apehu-" due to the hitbox is placed higher.
-- We are scheduled to improve to place the hitbox lower than now to be able to hit the attack.
