    About the issue of the official GvG/PvP/1on1 tournaments/关于官方GvG/PvP/1on1大赛发生的异常问题

    Currently, there is a problem with tallying the official GvG/PvP/1on1 tournaments, resulting in an issue with the display of the rankings and the distribution of the ranking rewards.


    Issue Details
    • In the official GvG/PvP/1on1 tournaments, 3rd and 4th place are considered to be the same rate and are both listed as 3rd place, so ranking rewards are not distributed properly
    • Ranking rewards for 5th place and below are not distributed properly for the official GvG/PvP/1on1 tournaments

    Regarding measures The following temporary measures will be taken for the ranking rewards for the tournaments on 7/9.10, 7/16.17, and 7/23.24
    • In the official GvG/PvP tournaments, the placement of the 3rd and 4th place qualifiers in the main tournament will be switched
    • In the official GvG/PvP tournament, if two teams lose in the first round of the main tournament and are tied for 3rd place, the team with the higher qualifying ranking will be placed 3rd
    • The 3rd place will receive the same ranking reward as the 4th-16th place
      *The 3rd place reward will be displayed at the tournament reception NPC with the same contents as the ranking rewards for 4th-16th place
      *The original ranking reward for 3rd place was 50 coins for GvG/PvP and 25 coins for 1on1
      *The missing ranking rewards will be distributed sequentially after Monday
    • The rewards that were not distributed correctly and the shortage of the 3rd place ranking rewards will be compensated by GM mail sequentially after Monday

    由于当前官方GvG/PvP/1on1大赛的统计出现异常，导致排名以及排名报酬发生错误。

    异常问题内容
    • 由于官方GvG/PvP/1on1大赛的第3名与第4名被判定为同分，双方都被显示为第4名，因此排名报酬发送发生错误。
    • 官方GvG/PvP大赛中第5名以下的排名报酬未能发送。

    问题对策于7/9.10 7/16.17 7/23.24举办的大赛排名报酬将暂时做出以下措施
    • 官方GvG/PvP大赛中，包含预赛第3名与预赛第4名的决赛组位置将进行替换
    • 官方GvG/PvP大赛中，决赛第1轮败北并成为同分第3名的双方，将以预赛排名较高一方判定为第3名
    • 第3名的排名报酬内容与第4～16名相同
      ※大赛承接NPC处的第3名报酬将显示为与第4～16名的排名报酬相同内容
      ※第3名原本的排名报酬：GvG/PvP为硬币50枚，1on1为硬币25枚
      ※排名报酬短缺的部分将于周一之后依序发送
    • 排名报酬未能正常发送的部分，以及第3名的短缺部分将于次周的周一之后，以营运邮件进行补偿

    关于修正时间安排此次问题的修正措施将依照以下时间表进行

    維護    		 我们将导入新系统，使官方GvG/PvP/1on1大赛中不再产生同分排名，排名将从第1名排序至第32名，并正常发送排名报酬。
